God has blessed Zion Hill Baptist Church with a heritage that spans more than a century. Built on a solid foundation of the proclamation of the Word of God, Zion Hill began as a small church in rural Eastern North Carolina. Since its first days in 1904, the aim of sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ has been the heartbeat of Zion Hill Baptist Church. Partnering with the Southern Baptist Cooperative Program, our church is actively involved in North American and International missions. Each year, many in our church not only give financially, but also give of their time through their involvement with local ministries as well as mission trips to various places as far away as Alaska. In the years to come, our church expects to not only continue giving to international missions, but also going on an international mission trip. Therefore, from the small child to a large world, we are a church with a vision to share the love of Jesus Christ. Our aim is to lead all persons to a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ and to build strong, soul-winning disciples. Zion Hill Baptist Church has a great heritage and an even greater hope for tomorrow. We envision changed lives one heart at a time. We invite you to come and join us in this exciting adventure.
